STAND-ALONE NANOPATTERNED TMD CRYSTALS

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We offer stand-alone nanopatterned TMDs crystals. Such crystals can be mechanically exfoliated and transferred on a substrate of choice, preserving the desired pattern.

The standard list of available patterned materials include: MoS₂, WS₂, MoSe₂, WSe₂, MoTe₂, ReS₂ and TaS₂. Other TMDs are available upon request or can be provided by a customer.
